RETURN IN STORE
Show your receipt and the credit card used for your purchase (if applicable) to our friendly team in store and they will help process your return.

Send your item with the completed returns form to our store

OuR POLICY
· We have a 14 day refund/return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund/return.
· We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items. No exchange/refund or credit note.
· All costs involved with the postage/shipping of return items are the responsibility of the customer.
· All items must be returned with no damage to the item or packaging.
· All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all tags intact.
· In the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange once your item has been returned to us.
· We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item via post as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
· Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will refund you for the purchase price of the items.
· Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method with 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
· Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
